While we don’t do custom development from scratch of themes and plugins, we do offer Code Fix Service. This service deals with small changes in your site to accommodate, for instance, a new plugin you’ve integrated, a change in your theme – perhaps adding a new widget area to display below your posts. Basically CSS, PHP and JavaScript.
Does this sound familiar:
- You’ve installed a new plugin but it doesn’t work seamlessly with your theme,
- You’ll be looking to add a new section to your template but are not sure where to start,
- You’d love to change the position or design of certain buttons, menus, columns, etc,
- Your theme isn’t quite perfect on mobile responsive and that just bothers you.
If this is you, we’ve got your back.
What does our Code Fix Service look like?
After we’ve received your request we’ll send you a link to a form. In this form, we’ll ask you to explain as best you can what the issue is and how you’d like to see it resolved. We might possibly shoot back a couple of emails back and forth to make sure we’re talking about the same thing. As soon as we’re clear on what the result needs to look like, we’ll start our workflow.
We’ll first need access to your WordPress site via an administrator account and possibly your server FTP credentials as well. As soon as we have those we’ll do an inventory and if it’s something we can fix right away we’ll do so. However, sometimes we’ll need to allocate a better time slot for it.

That’s it. Simple enough, right?
Why Choose WP ServicePoint
We’ve been servicing our clients right from the start when we launched back in 2010. But, perhaps, more importantly, WP ServicePoint is one of Yoast’s Trusted Partners. We’d love to show you why we’ve earned that trust!
How Much Does It Cost
Depending on your needs we have set up three different Code Fix Service levels.
- Level 1; this is best for small fixes and consists of two hours of our work.
- Level 2; this is best for when you have a couple small things that need fixing and consists of 5 hours of our work.
- Level 3; perfect for when you have larger elements on your site that need improving and consists of 10 hours of work.
You don’t need to spend all hours in one go. All hours are valid for six months and work is being deducted from your total on an hourly basis.
